Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and driven

  • Team player
  • Selfless with sacrificial spirit for the team
  • Able to withstand long working hours of sales and planning
  • FSM: To have at least 3 consultants in your team
  • FSAD: To have at least 6 consultants in your team
  • Min. average income of $70,000 per annum for the past 2 years
  • No MCG or disciplinary issues
  • YTD persistency of at least 85%
  • Motivated and interested in grooming new consultants
